BPDBALI Mobile is the banking application offered by PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali for your smartphone. The aim of launching BPDBALI Mobile is to enhance the quality of service to customers by providing flexibility and convenience in various banking services and transactions through smartphones using an Internet connection.

The key features of the BPDBALI Mobile application include:

1. Online inter-branch transfers (account transfer transactions).
2. Inter-bank transfers will be implemented soon.
3. Bill payments and purchases.
4. Account balance information.
5. Account statements.
6. ATM search and nearest Branch location.

How to use:

1. For first-time users, registration with the nearest Bank Branch Customer Service is required to register the phone number used to access the BPDBALI Mobile app.
2. After registration at Customer Service, customers need to register at the ATM.
3. At the ATM, customers enter the phone number registered at Customer Service and create a 6-digit password to access the BPDBALI Mobile app.
4. Your BPDBALI Mobile app username will be automatically generated and printed on the ATM transaction slip.
5. An Activation Code will be sent via SMS to the phone number registered at the ATM.
6. Download the BPDBALI Mobile app.
7. Activate the BPDBALI Mobile app on your smartphone.
8. To activate the app, you will be asked to:

a. Enter your username and password.
b. Enter the Activation Code.
c. Enter your Email address.
d. Agree to the terms and conditions of the BPDBALI Mobile app.
e. Enter a 6-digit Mobile PIN.
This Mobile PIN will be used every time a customer makes a transaction on the BPDBALI Mobile app.
